About the Job

Our high-achieving secondary school in Telford seeks a qualified and passionate Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver engaging lessons to students, focusing on language acquisition, grammar, and cultural knowledge.
  2. Develop and implement effective lesson plans, incorporating innovative teaching methods and technologies.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted support.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the language curriculum, sharing best practices and resources.
  5. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging active participation and confidence in language skills.
About You

We are seeking a dedicated and creative teacher who is passionate about languages and committed to engaging students and promoting cultural diversity.

Qualifications and Experience
  1. Hold QTS or equivalent, with a degree in MFL or a related subject.
  2. Have experience teaching French, Spanish, or German at KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience desirable.
  3. Demonstrate strong communication skills, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to inspire students to enjoy language learning.
