About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Team Lead to join our team at Wolverine Worldwide Inc. As a Retail Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations
    • Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
  • Sales and Service
    • Achieve sales goals and performance metrics by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs.

    • Demonstrated retail sales success.
  • Skills
    • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge
    • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
