We are seeking an ambitious and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with expertise in IT or ERP recruitment to join and grow the existing client base.
Job Outline
As a Senior Consultant at Cubiq, your career progression will be to establish your desk and billings, followed by routes either as an IC biller or progression to a billing manager position. You will receive structured training, support, and guidance from experienced leaders to help you progress to a sustainable billing manager and further.
We are looking for 360 consultants who want to take the lead and ownership of their markets/niche. We already have an excellent brand name in the ERP market with numerous high-profile clients from both large consultancies & smaller end clients.
ERP is one of our major focuses moving forwards, so you'll be joining a highly experienced team of high-performing consultants with a shared vision. Experience recruiting in ERP or niche IT markets as a 360 Recruiter/Head hunter is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Business development
- Relationship building
- Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs
- Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking, and data-mining
- Offer management and post-placement support
- Produce and maintain external advertising for each vacancy
- Develop candidate network within your designated field
