You will also provide expert advice and guidance on valuation-related matters and supervise and train team members. Furthermore, you will contribute to achieving business plan objectives and targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing your skills and expertise through training and professional development. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £52,704.00 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays, LGPS pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
