About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (Mental Health) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

As a Registered Nurse specialising in mental health, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical care and support to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Providing high-quality clinical care and support to residents, including administering medication and carrying out clinical tasks
  • Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate risks

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current NMC registration
  • A strong background in mental health nursing, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our multidisciplinary team
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents
