Frasers Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our Warehouse Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering site-based maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure uptime and availability of the installed automated equipment on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Engineering Team and deputise for the Maintenance Shift Manager as required
  • Deliver site-based maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure uptime and availability of the installed automated equipment on site
  • Support and manage all Shift Team activities, from carrying out maintenance and servicing automated equipment, to delivering training/coaching
  • Assist the Engineering Shift Manager in performance reviews, take accountability for safety/administration, and ensure performance KPI's are being maximised to improve efficiencies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Engineering Apprenticeship, ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with automated material handling systems
  • Experience in a Senior position within an Engineering function - mentoring/leading by example
  • A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic technical manuals & drawings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
