As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting close process by managing balances via journals, reviewing and reconciling key elements within the Profit & Loss, and providing assurance of financial balances through Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations.

This is a unique opportunity to join a global omni-channel communications business, operating in the UK and internationally, providing digital print services, workplace solutions, and business processing outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage accruals, deferrals, prepayments, and IFRS adjustments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  2. Reconcile key elements within the Profit & Loss to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Support Month End Reporting requirements to provide timely and accurate financial information.
  4. Perform Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations to ensure financial balances are accurate and reliable.
  5. Support internal and external audit requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with experience of working with stakeholders of differing levels of seniority.
  2. Advanced Excel skills to enable manipulation of multiple data sources to deliver detailed analytics.
  3. Prior experience within a large manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
