The Role

As a Regional Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing warm, empathetic and respectful care and support to our residents across a 20-mile radius. This will involve monitoring the delivery of care when on duty, contributing to the person-centred care planning process for each resident and recording observations on things like temperature and blood pressure amongst other important tasks.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a background in care and a good understanding of elderly care. A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is essential, with a view to completing an NVQ 3. You will also need a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry and ideally a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. You should be dedicated and compassionate, with a passion for people and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the wellbeing of our residents.

Based on the job requirements and industry standards, we estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
