Job SummaryAs a Geospatial Analyst - Energy and Infrastructure Specialist, you will provide technical input to Geographical Information Systems (GIS) / geospatial solutions. Your key responsibilities will include geospatial analysis, spatial data management, visualization, and communication. You will work closely with external partners to ensure interoperability of geospatial analysis in wider workflows and other spatial plans.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical input to GIS/geospatial solutions
Conduct geospatial analysis, including QC of external partner geospatial approach and analysis
Lead on the development and delivery of geospatial processes and analyses
Ensure interoperability of geospatial analysis in wider workflows and other spatial plans
Identify and QC input data, including spatial data pre-processing in collaboration with external partners
Ensure spatial data compliance and complete/consistent metadata for all geospatial inputs
Develop and apply internal and external interactive maps and webapps meeting requirements of multiple stakeholders
Adhere to project management guidelines to ensure that geospatial workflows are undertaken in a consistent and robust approach
Produce and/or provide input to documentation of geospatial approach and analysis for internal and external audiences
