Duty Manager

We're currently recruiting for a Duty Manager role in our Salisbury North Bishopsdown Premier Inn. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. With a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, you'll work closely with our housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring all aspects of the guest experience are met or exceeded.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring the hotel operates within budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
