Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Oversight Specialist to join our Manchester office, supporting our clients in delivering projects and programmes in the Healthcare sector within our Real Estate division.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects and programmes, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring timely completion and maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans.
  • Develop and implement project quality, safety, health, and environment procedures.
  • Maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques to improve project outcomes.
  • Manage project finances and advise on financial matters.
  • Produce regular progress reports and maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience managing healthcare projects in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
