Sacred Heart School (Timaru) invites applications for a maths educator position in our junior team. As a qualified maths teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, and The arts to students in Years 1–8.

This is a permanent 'tagged' position for Catholic applicants, requiring participation in religious instruction. For non-Catholic applicants, the position is fixed-term for a minimum of one year. With a focus on academic excellence and character development, we strive to create a supportive learning environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of curriculum design and implementation, as well as excellent communication skills. We estimate the salary for this position to be around $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, based on experience.
