Key Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of a complex Cloud migration project using Waterfall and Agile project methodologies in a fast-paced and high-pressure project environment.
- Take ownership and lead in understanding the purpose of the migration and what success looks like for our customers.
- Manage and lead the migration teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage senior-level internal customer relationships.
- Be a critical thinker and problem solver who is comfortable challenging assumptions, asking questions, and making decisions.
- Provide guidance and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensure effective communication and interfaces with all internal departments.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure delivered solutions meet established standards of functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Manage project risk effectively and take responsibility for the management of the project risk and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and achieve desired business outcomes.
- Project Management experience, preferably gained from managing IT (software) projects.
- Proven experience of working with a project management methodology such as PRINCE2.
- Experience with Agile or other iterative project management methodologies is a plus.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and related technologies.
- Successful delivery managing migration projects.
- Demonstrable high-level of communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrable experience of commercial decision making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external project teams.
