Electrical Asset Data Officer

Prima Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Asset Data Officer to join our team. As an Electrical Asset Data Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate records of our electrical assets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update our stock condition database to ensure accurate records of our electrical assets.
  • Manage our legal compliance databases and registers, including asbestos, fire risk, electrical safety, and power access doors and gates.
  • Produce regular asset compliance reports and gather data for these reports.
  • Log and implement actions arising from internal audits.
  • Produce standard and custom reports from our asset and compliance databases.
  • Manage the administration of our electrical inspection programme, including communications with residents, contractors, staff, and consultants.
  • Review certifications and reports submitted by contractors.
  • Respond to customer and colleague enquiries regarding stock investment plans and asset compliance matters.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks to support the Asset & Investment Team.
