About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Severn Valve. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and assess the quality of our products and processes to ensure compliance with required standards and specifications.
  2. Review and improve our standard operating procedures and processes to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  3. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.
  4. Support the deployment of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies within the business unit.
  5. Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Provide quality data and reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum HNC qualification in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.
  2. Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  3. Training in Root Cause Analysis techniques.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
