About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students. You will work closely with colleagues to develop curriculum content, assess student progress, and contribute to the college's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to students
  2. Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
  3. Developing curriculum content and resources in collaboration with colleagues
  4. Contributing to the college's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Level 3 qualification or higher in a relevant subject area
  • Experience of teaching or training in a further education setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team
