Key Responsibilities:

- To maintain accurate records of student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform targeted support and interventions.">
Requirements:

- A formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE) and experience in teaching Science at KS3 & KS4.">
- The ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters positive relationships between students and staff.">
- An estimated salary of £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.">
- Legal ability to work within the UK.">
