Deliveroo is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are picked and dispatched on time, communicating with riders to ensure prompt delivery, and managing the dispatch area to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the picking and dispatch of orders to meet time targets
  • Communicate with riders to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage the dispatch area and support with packing delivery orders
  • Ensure all deliveries are scanned and claims are logged
  • Unload deliveries accurately and ensure stock counts are up-to-date
  • Partner with the Warehouse Assistant Manager and Warehouse Manager to ensure site operations run smoothly
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean and tidy and that any hazards are addressed promptly
  • Complete H&S checks and ensure compliance with company procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar environment is valued but not required
  • Hands-on mentality and attention to detail
  • Experience hitting goal targets and managing a team
  • A track record of attendance and punctuality
  • Demonstrated leadership and experience training team members
  • Contribute to a positive working environment
  • Right to work in the UK

What We Offer
