About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electronics Sales Specialist to join our team at System Recruitment Careers. As a Sales Engineer Electronics, you will be responsible for promoting our full portfolio of electronic test and measurement equipment to customers across Eastern England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales office and technical support team to ensure seamless product training and technical support.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the electronics industry, preferably with a background in sales engineering.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to negotiate sales agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
