We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Power Electronics Engineer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge power electronics products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning hardware designs from concept to production, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop power electronics products, including optimized point-of-load converters and standalone dc-dc converter modules.
  • Lead the development of hardware designs, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power electronics products into larger systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 9 years of industry or research experience in power electronics design, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven track record of designing, testing, and deploying power electronics products.
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics design principles, including circuit analysis, simulation, and testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with space electronics design and qualification.
  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC design and mitigation techniques.
