Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Trust operations, leading and coaching department heads to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Optimize systems and data for performance monitoring and improvement, ensuring effective risk management and compliance with Trust frameworks.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement, working closely with the CEO and Trust Board.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement, promoting the Trust's vision and values.

Requirements:
