Job Description

Customer Relations

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Breakfast Team Member to provide exceptional service to our guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests with a personalized and friendly approach
  • Offering attentive service and adapting to any constraints guests may have
  • Heeding any remarks made by guests and ensuring follow-up
  • Establishing good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
  • Promoting the F&B offer
  • Being attentive to guests' requests and respecting them
  • Helping gain customer loyalty through the high standard of service

Professional Techniques

As a Breakfast Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring breakfast items are cooked to the highest quality and all items replenished throughout service
  • Receiving deliveries and checking food items
  • Completing tasks such as preparing the point of sale and preparation areas, welcoming guests and providing waiter service, cleaning and tidying the dining room and preparation areas after closing
  • Before every workshift, finding out about dish composition and any shortages
  • Organizing work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests
  • Ensuring the equipment used remains in good condition
  • Communicating and working in close and constant cooperation with the kitchen to ensure an excellent standard of service
