Job Description

As a Real Estate Senior Associate, you will become part of a well-established client team, acting for a wide range of occupier and investor clients. You will have day-to-day conduct of matters and take an active role in managing client relationships as well as carrying out business development.

  • The role will give you exposure to high-quality work for clients across our team and across our offices nationally.
  • You will have wide-ranging commercial property experience, particularly in the areas outlined above.
  • Ensure that proper processes are followed in relation to client and matter opening, and seek to ensure the smooth running of matters in accordance with good practice.
  • Work at both a strategic and operational level with clients.
  • Deliver results that exceed client expectations and seek opportunities to provide innovative solutions.
  • Lead the day-to-day contact with clients and be an active participant in the client service team for a sector priority client, or Top Tier client relationship.
  • Coach, motivate, and provide developmental feedback for the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Senior Associate should have at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in real estate work. The role offers a hybrid working model, a bonus scheme to reward hard work, and private medical care to ensure your wellbeing.
