Austin Fraser is hiring a Payroll Administrator to support our clients' head office in Ongar, Essex. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing payroll and HR for over 1,200 staff across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Head of Payroll/HR in managing payroll and HR operations;
  • Preparing and processing payroll, including tax, National Insurance, and Statutory Sick Pay calculations;
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.

The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll record keeping, strong knowledge of payroll calculations, and proficiency in data entry and IT systems.

The salary for this position is estimated to be £33,500 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards.
