**Job Description**

We are seeking Support Workers who are passionate about empowering adults to live fulfilling lives. As a Support Worker, you will work in various settings, including residential, respite, community, and supported living environments, supporting individuals facing challenges such as Autism, Learning and/or Physical Disabilities, Mental Health, and Behavioural difficulties.

With the flexibility to choose your shifts, you will benefit from regular assignments combined with the freedom to manage your work-life balance.


**Salary:** £19-23 per hour, depending on experience and location.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 12 months' experience within adult or children's support settings, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships.
