Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver implementation projects to our customers, ensuring timely and successful project handovers to service delivery.
  • Provide internal training to support staff members in their development, focusing on scoping and planning successful projects.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Relevant networking, infrastructure, and Microsoft qualifications (CCNA, JNCP, MCSA, VCP).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365/Azure, including Conditional Access, Azure AD Connect, Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint, Teams, Intune/Endpoint Manage.
  • Cloud experience, including public and private cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Virtualisation experience, including maintaining and updating VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments.
  • VOIP experience, including supporting FreePBX, Mitel, Gamma, Skype/Teams VOIP systems.
  • Security experience, including MDM, MFA, Email Filtering, Next Generation firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
  • Windows Server experience, including installation and configuration.
  • Storage experience, including maintaining, updating, and troubleshooting SAN devices.
  • Remote Desktop Services experience, including supporting and troubleshooting RDS, RemoteApp, and Citrix environments.
  • Networking experience, including network troubleshooting at 3rd line and supporting Palo Alto, Sophos, FortiNet, Draytek, Juniper, and Cisco firewalls.
  • Endpoint Support experience, including Windows desktop, application, tablet, and mobile device support.
  • Soft Skills, including effective communication and a full clean UK driving license.
