**Job Title:** Content Engagement Specialist

Impellam Group is seeking a skilled Content Engagement Specialist to join our team. This is a 12 month contract with an estimated salary of £62,400.

The successful candidate will be based in Central London (St. Paul's) and will work from home two days a week.

As our Content Engagement Specialist, you will foster an engaged online community, encouraging meaningful interactions and building relationships with followers. You will track and analyze key metrics (growth, engagement, impressions, conversions) to assess campaign success and optimize future initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze key metrics (growth, engagement, impressions, conversions) to assess campaign success and optimize future initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a results-driven content strategy focused on increasing followers, engagement, and community interaction.
  • Design and implement creative campaigns, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy and drive measurable impact.
  • Work closely with internal teams, providing expert advice and pushing back when necessary to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Ensure all content activities comply with industry regulations and brand standards.

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building communities and growing social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media performance tracking tools.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and managing successful content campaigns.
  • Confident in managing stakeholders, with the ability to push back when needed to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with a strong understanding of content marketing trends and analytics.
  • Experience in a regulated industry (preferably).
