Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pioneer Selection. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on a wide range of equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to different sites as required.
