Job OverviewAt Cooper Lomaz, we are seeking a skilled Scent Compounder to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the factory compounding team in meeting volume and productivity levels.
The successful candidate will ensure batch specifications are followed accurately, meeting customer deadlines and delivering customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manufacture fragrance batches accurately, safely, and timely
- Replenish stocks/supplies when required
- Filling finished batches into final pack when required
- 5 years of compounding experience
- Chemical material handling experience
- Accurate computer skills
The salary for this role is £27,000 - £31,000 (experience dependent).
