We're looking for an exceptional Therapy Delivery Manager to lead our BACP accredited therapy service across Derbyshire. The successful candidate will manage a team of employed therapists and self-employed counsellors, ensuring high-quality therapy delivery for people of all ages.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A minimum management qualification level 4
  • At least 3 years' experience in managing staff to deliver services effectively
  • A strong background in quality assurance, including data collection, analysis, and problem-solving
  • Sound knowledge of rape and sexual abuse and their effects
  • Outstanding communication skills, including effective feedback, negotiation, and collaboration with others
  • A full driving license and ability to regularly travel across the county

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, flexible working arrangements, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and a comprehensive employee wellbeing service. Our hybrid working policy prioritizes client needs, services, and employees.

Please note that this role requires Enhanced DBS certification due to the sensitive nature of our services.
