Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive CRM programme to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the wider CRM team, Digital, Category, Trading, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM activities.
  • Develop and maintain complex data sets to build highly targeted audiences and deliver results.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to identify first-party data opportunities within Social and PPC.
  • Align club and non-club customer communications from a process point of view to drive efficiency.
  • Use the latest innovation and technology to create dynamic and highly personalised campaigns efficiently, plus test and learn to ensure campaigns drive the desired results.
  • Constantly review email performance to advise the business on CRM performance and provide fact-based recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including design agencies, data providers, dynamic content agencies, and email send providers.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in retail or services.
  • Excellent organisational skills, managing busy campaign schedules, multiple workloads, and cross-functional team relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident individual with excellent communication skills who can build strong relationships.
  • Passion for customer and constantly curious, obsessed with delivering the right message at the right time and with the right content.
