About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Accommodation Assistant - Manor House at a world-class hotelier service in a quintessential Cotswold village. The role comes with a competitive salary of £13.46-£14.42 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the manor house is meticulously maintained and presented to the highest standards.
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences by managing the housekeeping operation effectively.
  • Greet guests, assist with unpacking, and provide house orientation.
  • Laundry, ironing, and caring for fine fabrics, linens, and delicate items.
  • Serve and assist at events, providing excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with the Estate & House Manager regarding maintenance and general upkeep tasks.
Requirements:
  • Experience in hospitality or housekeeping.
  • Exacting standards and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
