About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Hollister Co. Stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide personalized service to customers, respond to their needs, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, restock shelves, and ensure a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Asset Protection and Shrink: Maintain a secure and organized store environment, report any incidents or concerns to management.
  • Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain accurate records, and participate in training and development programs.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
