Tax Manager, Private Assets

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly ambitious and experienced Financial Services Tax professional to lead our Tax function at Pro-Tax. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of clients, including Private Equity, Asset Managers, and Alternative Investment Funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of tax professionals to provide advice on all aspects of financial services transactions and tax advisory work.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize clients' tax positions and manage tax risk.
- Work closely with Partners to develop new clients and sell new services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tax services and solutions to clients.
Requirements
- ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong Financial Services Tax experience.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent technical expertise and commercial acumen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
