Pratap Partnership is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Finance Director to lead the finance team, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the group. Based in Hull, this exceptional individual will be responsible for overseeing timely and accurate financial reporting, maximising cash management, managing external relationships, driving adoption of new ERP systems, and leading financial controllers across group subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and bank covenant requirements by providing timely and accurate financial reports.
- Optimise cash management while maintaining operational effectiveness, delivering weekly cash reports and developing cash modelling.
- Nurture external relationships with customers, suppliers, auditors, and other stakeholders to mitigate risk exposure.
- Drive the implementation and long-term optimisation of the group's new ERP system, ensuring post-implementation stability.
- Lead and manage financial controllers across group subsidiaries, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, particularly IFRS.
- Strong leadership skills, with at least 5+ years of experience in Group FC or FD roles.
- Proficiency in IT, specifically Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
Competitive salary range: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
