About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Specialist. As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting independence and dignity, and building meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
