We are looking for a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team and help us drive customer retention and growth. The Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and optimize automated journeys across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to winback
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Klaviyo, to ensure that all key features are maximized

  • Drive customer retention strategies that improve Life Time Value (LTV), and reduce churn

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly experienced CRM Manager who has a proven track record of success in a D2C environment. You will have at least 4 years of experience in a CRM role, with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and digital marketing operations.
