Job Title: QHSE Advisor

Vantage Consulting is seeking a highly skilled QHSE Advisor to join our team. As a QHSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage QHSE escalations and incidents, developing proactive relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Review internal and external RAMS, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
  • Produce Safety Moments on a weekly/monthly basis to support safety packs.
  • Collaborate with managers and colleagues to ensure CDM Principal Contractor and Principal Designer compliance.
  • Prepare site induction safety packs and contribute to project registers.
  • Develop and maintain CDM Risk Registers.
  • Report on business process performance and QHSE escalation and incident management.
Requirements:
  • National Gas projects experience.
  • Construction/CDM knowledge and experience.
  • NEBOSH/IOSH certification.
  • ISO 9001 knowledge preferred.
