Job Description
The role will involve working closely with the Research and Development team to help create new products and with the Projects team to create bespoke, customer specific solutions. Regular duties will include:
  • Producing 2D layouts, 3D models and renders for customer quotations & tenders.
  • Producing manufacturing drawings for in-house fabrication and outsourcing.
  • Producing technical drawings for use in marketing materials.
  • Producing bill of material and component lists for procurement.
  • Interpreting survey data to produce custom, site specific solutions.
  • Work with the R&D team to reduce production costs of existing products and create new product ideas (including prototypes).
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure components are suitable for manufacture and final production matches the original drawings.
  • Providing technical support to colleagues in Sales and Project teams to answer customer queries.
