Loss Prevention Officer Role

We're seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to join our team, contributing to our mission of providing a positive and memorable experience for all customers. As the world's leading off-price retailer of clothing and homeware, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to deliver exceptional service.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers, associates, and assets. Your experience in customer-facing roles, retail environments, or security guard positions will be valuable assets. However, we're open to candidates with transferable skills and a passion for loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at our entrance doors.
  • Deter loss on the sales floor while serving as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
  • Collaborate with the store team to maintain security of our products and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Demonstrate your ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Show self-motivation, resilience, and a drive to make a difference, with excellent communication skills.
