Tax Manager or Assistant Manager – Private Client

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual with tax experience to join our Private Client Services Team. This role would suit an existing Manager looking to progress and develop their skills, or an Assistant Manager aspiring to be a Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients and work on tax compliance, including annual tax returns and associated tax advice.
- Provide support to the team during busy periods and prepare technical analysis.
- Work with client administrators to ensure client administration and risk procedures are completed appropriately.
- Collaborate with local solicitors to assist with tax matters on their clients.
- Opportunity to work on corporate tax matters and other business-related taxes.
- Qualified or ATT / ACCA / ACA qualified with tax experience.
- Experience with trusts and estates is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and team working skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Confidence to speak to clients face-to-face or on the telephone.
- Professional competence.
- Flexibility and creativity to drive forward new ideas.
