Conveyancer Role

Our client, a reputable law firm in East Leeds, is seeking a skilled Conveyancer to handle various property transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales and Purchase files, transfer of title, new build purchases, discharge and re-mortgage work, including leasehold and freehold titles.

Main Responsibilities:

• Taking instructions from clients or supervisors for property transactions
• Advising clients on the progress of their transactions
• Interpreting search results
• Noting title on registered and unregistered properties
• Raising relevant enquiries
• Preparing Reports on Title and ordering funds from lenders
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and risk assessment requirements

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
