Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our high-performing Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ownership and management of our affiliate program, including defining and developing the affiliate channel strategy, owning and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the affiliate programme, and working with affiliates to update offers, messaging, and creative content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and develop the affiliate channel strategy to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Own and maintain the day-to-day operations of the affiliate programme, including managing affiliate relationships and negotiating advertising and commissions
  • Work with affiliates to update offers, messaging, and creative content to maximise performance
  • Optimise the current portfolio of affiliates and affiliate mix to maximise performance
  • Onboard and develop relationships with new partners to expand our affiliate network
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate affiliate and partner activity, and report on performance

Requirements

  • Experience in performance marketing and affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics tools
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with an understanding of financials to be able to develop bespoke deals and offers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and prioritising tasks effectively
  • Great presentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
