Job Title: Electrical Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team at Voltmetric Limited. As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in estimating project costs, managing costs, and analysing electrical contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis and risk assessments to ensure estimates are competitive and reflect true project costs.
  • Compile and present detailed proposals, including all necessary documentation, for submission to clients.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes and ensure accurate pricing for materials and labour.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on electrical systems and cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator, preferably within the office fitout sector.
  • Proficiency in estimation software.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
