Key responsibilities include representing Heavy Maintenance Commercial on the HM Weekly Update Conference Call, expediting customer purchase orders, and collating additional work arising for customer invoicing Heavy Maintenance projects. The role also involves working closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely billing, weekly credit control reviews, and escalation of any issues requiring action and monitoring call off PO values.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, financial and commercial acumen, and excellent computer proficiency (MS Office and 365 and SAP Power BI). A knowledge of the railway industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
