Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Catering Team Member to join our team at Constellation Careers. As a Catering Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food and beverage services to our customers, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Refill guests' drinks and provide excellent customer service on the counter.
- Prepare cold food and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Clear down, wash up, clean, and sanitize your workspace and the seating area.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Act in line with guidance and procedures from lead chef and/or room manager to ensure the team operates to its maximum potential.
- Take pride in your work and adhere to agreed standards with your team.
- Actively seek to further knowledge and skills and improve personal performance.
- Comply with all company and unit policies with regards to Health & Safety, Food safety, Allergens, Hygiene, Manual Handling, and COSHH.
- Personally demonstrate responsibility for your own health and safety.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, such as black non-slip safety shoes.
Requirements
- Barista training or commercial kitchen and food preparation experience is required for this role.
