Job Title: Production Operative

Ideal Recruit Ltd is seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team in Swinton. As a key member of our assembly line, you will be responsible for assembling filters parts and operating gluing machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble filters parts on the production line
  • Operate gluing machines to ensure high-quality products
  • Achieve KPI targets to meet production demands
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Perform other warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but full training will be provided
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
