Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Anglian Home Improvements.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate tasks, allocate resources effectively, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.
  • Foster open communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements by conducting regular checks and inspections.
  • Assist in tracking project expenses and maintaining adherence to budget constraints.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, demonstrating expertise in project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in using tools such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel up to an intermediate level.
