About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at Frasers Group Financial Services. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in providing compliant and effective finance business partnering with our IT, Change, and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Finance team and Functional leaders to deliver month-end reporting and financial planning processes.
  • Develop and manage functional financial forecasting and tracking, ensuring commercial benefits are realized and aligned with functional goals and objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulatory, financial services regulatory, and legislative standards and expectations.
  • Risk Management.

Requirements:

  • Studying or Qualified Accountant.
  • Experience in preparing, analyzing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize effectively to meet changing priorities and demands.
  • Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow data and information to highlight opportunities and minimize risk.
  • A proven track record in a complex business environment.
  • Proven ability to business partner and communicate with non-finance stakeholders effectively and articulately.
  • Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels.
  • Ability to influence and strategically partner.
  • Strong Excel and modelling skills.
