About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Governance Specialist to join our team at ZEDRA Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional governance and trustee secretarial services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality governance and trustee secretarial functions for clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and current issues affecting the pensions industry, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with Client Directors to ensure effective management of client relationships and delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the pension industry, with a sound knowledge of UK pensions and scheme governance.
  • Excellent client service skills, with the ability to deliver against client needs and demands.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pension schemes and governance, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
